Okay - these reviews are true!!! I have lived here now for 2 years and I swear they must take section 8 now or bigger deposits!! Its so many kids running around and ghetto mamas &loud music. There is a drug house down from me in a different building. There is always a water main break at least once evry 2 weeks. The gate is always open. Mgmt is forever changing the codes w/o telling you, then you cant get in. when I first moved in my AC was broken the first 6 months. There was water leaking from my ceiling, and they came every day to try and fix it. So for 6 mos I had buckets in my hallway. How embarrassing!!! What takes the cake is my car was stolen from right in front of my apartment!!!! They found it in Decatur, mgmt did not even send out a notice. After my car was stolen other tenants told me about thier cars getting broken into!! Not to mention other apartments I have gotten a couple of letters from mgmt about apartment break ins during the day. I have heard a couple of gunshots!! There is also grafitti on some of the buildings in the back. Someone spray painted gang signs on the gatebox & the speed limit sign right outside the gate & inside the gate on the bridge. If there is a bad storm you can count on the lights being out. But its so ironic only the Arboretum Apt lights will be off!! Overall the mgmt is okay I have never had a problem with them. I do not have any bugs either. The floor plans are really nice. These apartments are conveinient, but if you have a choice DO NOT MOVE HERE!!! g-hKOS7s4Nq5n3hEIpHd
