This place is a dump. Aside from the cheap rent, this place has no redeeming qualities. Let me list for you the things that were stolen from the two apts that we have: watch, TV, xBox, money, weed, beer, liquor, car and adderall. And this wasn't just one incident, we're talking about five incidents. Someone had a gun pulled on them in the parking lot about 5 months ago. There are always domestic disputes and loud noise. The parking is a joke, gate is always open or you can never get it open. I'd have to put this place in the same category as subsidised living, anyone can afford it but no one wants it!
