At first when I moved in, I noticed that there was a lot of commotion going on regarding the management personnel. But after some "bumps and bruises" in the process, it seems that the Avistele at Andalusia management is finally getting it together! At any rate, over the past year I have had members of staff personally hand me breakfast on my way to work. Additionally, a member of staff brought me a balloon and birthday treats to my door on my birthday. There have been several activities taking place to help residents feel welcome. And although there are still some of the typical annoyances associated with living in an apartment complex, (like inoperable gates on occasion) it really does seem as if the property management is working hard to make residents feel wanted and appreciated. I know this sounds like fluff. And the community still needs some work. But considering that most people use websites like this only to berate their apartment communities, I find it refreshing that I can actually write a good review about the Avistele at Andalusia.

I was a resident until September. I think that although the manager is good, the management is clueless. The place is overrun with all kinds of lowlifes and security is sub par. So far my security deposit has not been returned and I've had to write to try and get it back. I don't think that slapping a coat of paint over this aged complex will turn this sow's ear into a silk purse.
