This has turned into a gentrification/price discriminatory project that makes me wonder if its not part of an ellaborate Sandy Springs exclusionary housing scheme.
I have lived here for three years and I'm going to move as soon as I get a chance. When I first moved into my 1bdrm apartment it was reasonably priced at about $600.00. If I want to renew my lease I'll have to pay $850.00 a month(water, about $60.00 a month, not included).

I like my unit and my neighbors as well enough but its turning into a ghost town and I feel very unsafe as a single female because there are tons of trees and no one about anymore. Sure they have security officers on patrol during the day but I rarely bump into them at night.

The management staff is very kind but I don't think the property owner allows them the flexibility to make sure the residents issues are addressed appropriately and efficiently for that matter.

Its too much to pay for an apartment complex where pizza deliveries are not made due to the crime.

Believe everyone else and take your hard earned dollars and rent somewhere else where you'll get more bang for your buck...
