These apts are under renovation and i decised to rent now rather than wait. I have been here 3 months and things continue to improve. The whole place should be done by the end of summer and i wanted to rent now to get the best rent I could. They are upgrading the pool area, landscaping, and doing a lot to the interiors. Mgt has been fine so far. You can tell they are working hard at getting things done and it looks like they have settled in. Location is excellent with shortcut to ga400 thru neighborhood behind us.
