This is absolutely the worst apartment complex I have ever lived in.The complex does not honor their move in incentives. Their maintenance team is terrible. You will have to call for several months to get your work orders taken care of. The leasing staff will move you into an apartment without checking to see if to is in ready condition. I had so many things wrong with my apartment that wouldn't have even been an issue if the staff had of walked the apartment with the move in check list prior to me moving in. No matter how many times you call about the same issue, the office staff will act like its their first time hearing about it. In many instances they are even apologetic about your situation that they caused! They are so reluctant to agree to a reasonable concession its crazy. They dont seem to understand that you cant have a C class property and charge A class property rent even if it is in Buckhead. They spend so much time and money making the leasing office look good and all the activities that they provide, but they can't and won't even take care of your basic needs. The landscaping is horrible. The property is dark and is not safe. You hear sirens all times of night. People are always hanging out outside of your apartment. The mail boxes are set up so that they aren't even close to the unit you live in. The washer and dryer rooms are nasty. They dont pick up the grounds, there was a used condom outside my unit in the parking lot for ever. They charge $70 for water and $15 for "vallet trash"! Its insane! Now dont be fooled by the good reviews you read, if any at all. Its procedure for employees to go on to these sites and post good reviews about the property they work on. I wish to God I had of gone on this site before I rented, because I NEVER would have rented here. If you take no other advice in you life ever :) i promise you that if you move here you will regret it. Save yourself the hassle and live somewhere else. AD2Hw9Wn8Umb3NN1w1jt

I just came from a showing one of the apartments. I loved the layout but now I'm starting to get second thoughts now. Especially with the people talking about the outrageous light bills. The guy didn't inform me about the 15 dollar fee for "valet trash" either.
