i have been a resident for years, i have seen the lows and highs, and now back again. the last apartment manager and crue was awesome and is the reason i stayed longer then expected, since the firing of the apartment manager and the rest of employees leaving, it is back where it started, a mess. on top of that since there is not insulation, you can hear everything, electric bill is over a 100$ a month at least. that a complaint from many. before this community was great, very friendly, for the 1st time in life i knew all my neighbors, due to the last apt manager making this place a home, taking time out to get to know all occupants and making you feel important. which is why they fired her. saying she was too nice. many of the occupant over 200 people sign petition to have her come back, but when we spoke with one of the owners he made it clear that he didnt care what we had to say. to bring this to a closing i hate that i will never find a place like this, like it used to be.

I can certainly sympathies with you on your feelings of this community. I moved in at the end and firing of the last manager, so I don't know too much about the manager you??re talking about, or the petition. Sorry! I mainly dealt with ------- and a younger girl, who all seemed nice enough and made me feel like my issues, concerned them. The previous office management team (-------) did a very good job in making people feel welcomed and like they mattered. This new team (------) is horrible, cold and disconnected to the community she works in. They were also present for the wine down nights, which I can see the new team has done away with. Way to go new team. NOT! Bottom line is the new management team is bad; just plain bad. Shouldn't things get better instead of worse when you change an entire management team?

lf you really read the previous message it almost looks like a copy paste lol. Guess they used their communication relation??s person to write this. Don??t fall into the previous message it was a joke. l called and was unsuccessful in getting my concerns heard genuinely. Was given the run around and never got a call back. They run your background like only the elite can live here and then they treat you like your unworthy after your in. What a joke!!Listen to my words, "lt is not worth the hassle trying to get in to these apartments!!" You will regret it; this is my warning to you. Funny cuz if you read their previous message they are trying to insinuate that negative comments on here are false and a deliberate attempts to down the community. Ha Ha pay attention to the economy, and get over yourselves already. More than anything else l am upset that if you don??t conform to there demographic you cant get in. Don??t have a name like Tyrone, or Israel, your toast. They are not family orientated, nor do they believe in the single parent unless you??re a CEO! Can??t wait to hear what they have to say about this post! l would say good luck but you don??t want to waste a second here. l am done and will never resign my lease!!! Renter beware?? And PS there so called amenities are not convenient in any way.

Thank you for your information. I do question a couple of things though. How can the manager or the office people make the walls thinner than they were? How can they make your utilities go up? Wouldn't these be the same issues you should have taken up with the manager that was here before? You know...the one you liked so much? That seems like bs. Now...I've not met the new manager, but I didn't care much for the last one. I guess they have a job to do. I don't know anything abt it, but I do know the owner is Jewish, so the racist comment seems like ignorance to me. The property is old and I'm sure that it looks a hell of a lot better than it did before. The rent is cheap and I like that fact that everybody in the area can't get in. That's just FINE with me. I don't want to live in the ghetto, so take your bad credit somewhere else.

We are interested in getting the names of the fired manager, employees who left for purposes of a potential lawsuit. Please email me at punkiepai@yahoo.com. Thank you.

Well idk what she meant about the walls "becoming" thinner, but they are VERY THIN! I have been a resident since 2006, I went from a one bedroom to a two bedroom, our bill went from being "suspicious" to ridiculous!! im talking $600 for light bills!! AND its not just our particular unit! ITS like 10 people that I have talked to that said the same and NOW are in discussion of legal activity taken against this property. AND everybody can get in, sweetie! The gates are left open from opening to closing of the day, and have found people hiding in the washing rooms!!! The people from next door, are constantly on the grounds playing games, which is why they put the fence there to begin with. AND they still come!! AND yes you are correct, the utilities were an issue with the last manager and the difference between her and current management is PAM cared and did whatever it was that she could to provide us with a suffice living experience! so to the first couple of posts, i CONCUR!!! ESPECIALLY when we have been here for awhile, the new residents cant realy comment because they DONT KNOW! Just give them some time...LOL but as for us! We are OUT of here asap!!! We have had rats! Workers fumbling with our belongings...and the list goes ON and ON!!

to the rating comment from 7/16/2009 having bad credit does not mean someone is "ghetto" or not worthy I guess in your eyes...bad credit can come from alot of situations in one's life(divorce, job loss in this economy, sickness) if you think the owner is so great and sees no boundaries, maybe you should take that as an example on how to live yourself instead of being judgemental..
