Very Slow Maintenance

I have recently moved into this apartment complex and after one month the things that needed to be repaired from day 1 STILL have not been completed yet.

I have talked to people in the office and have left messages, work requests, etc.

to no avail.

I could repair the things myself at this rate.

This maintenance sucks.
