I signed a one-year lease and couldn't wait until it expired.
Horrible Bug Problem!! There were palmetto bugs all over the complex - on the stairs, in the parking lot. We couldn't go out on the patio without being attacked by one.
Construction Is Terrible!! The stairs were falling apart. When maintenance was called, they did a shotty job on everything. There was a hole in the wall, they painted over it. The door frame was split, they painted over it. They even painted over my outlets and phone jacks, it was a week and an half before I could use all of the outlets.
The rent is a little lower and the apartment is spacious, but believe me, it is not worth it.
