I lived here in a 2br for 13 months. During that time, I made 8 maintenence calls because the heat & air never worked in the master bedroom. I was finally told by the property manager and a maintenence technician that the problem was with the way the apartments were built and that all the apartments with that floorplan had the same problem!

The leasing office advertises thatthey accept credit cards for rent payment. DO NOT PAY BY CREDIT CARD! For the last ten months I lived there, I recieved eviction notices because their accountant had either lost or not credited my rent payment even though it was paid in full, on time each month. After several complaints, a leasing agent told me that this was a common occurance when payment were made using credit or debit cards.

After moving out almost a year ago, I continue to get harassing letters from Triangle Communities claiming I did not pay a water & sewer bill. Despite the fact I have provided proff that the payment was made, the company is threatening legal action.

I wholeheartedly regret the day I moved to Azalea Park.
