I moved here in October of 2003.

The apartment was not freshly painted like they said it would be.

But it was clean and no marks on the walls so I let that go.

Maintence can be a little slow but that?s because this apartment complex is so big.


My only major problem was ants.

I had 3 ant incidents.

Ants in my bedroom closet, the second bedroom and the laundry room.

But maintenance took care of it.

Even filled any tiny holes they could find.

I haven't had an ant outbreak since.

And you can get an exterminator to spray your apt down once a week on Wednesdays.

If you live here, try to get into one of the apartments in the front of the complex because they are the newest on the property.

There was a fire about three years ago so the buildings in the front were rebuilt, with a sprinkler system.



The gate is always broken for one reason or another but I don?t feel unsafe.

I?m very happy here and it?s a great price for the size.

No apartment complex is perfect but this complex is great in comparison to all the other horror stories I have heard.
