We have a new manager! I met with her the other day and she is so nice. We will miss the old manager, but it is also kind of refreshing to have someone with a renewed sense of urgency about getting things done around here. The gates are working, we have a security company who seems to actually be doing their job, and everyone is overly happy. We lost a leasing agent who has been here a while, but we still have asley in the office who is so wonderful and helpful. I haven't worked with the two or three other people in the office, but the have always greeted me with a smile.
I am so excited that this place is turning around!

i have had a very bad experience the maintance so bad that i think i became sick from the very bad hygine, it is the worst comunity one can stay in.

If only this had been true... It's only gotten worse. Michelle (the "new" manager) didn't last long.
