Years at this apartment: 2004 - 2005
 
I've lived here for a little over a year and just renewed my lease. My apartment is clean, spacious and i have not had any major issues with the staff or the place. I would really love to see the gates fixed FOR GOOD, however. I can see that there seems to be a lot of undesirables moving in slowly though, and the upkeep needs to be better.For that reason i give it a 'not that bad'.
