Between the vast amounts of cockroaches outside, a moderate amount of cockroaches inside with other assorted vermin, the decline in the quality of residents (damn move-in specials), the amount of times I have to get ugly with the staff and the number of times paperwork has been screwed up; I 've decided that it is time to move on. One would think that with occupancy being at an all-time low, service would be better. No use paying for a gated community if the gates are going to be left open like they are there for decoration.
