Azalea Park

 

Azalea Park is absolutely horrible.

The only pros are that the square footage is very generous and the leasing staff are for the most part very friendly and nice.

They allowed me to change units in the middle of my lease because I was all the way in the back and did not feel safe.

However, this does not nearly compensate for the problems here.

My biggest complaint is the quality of the people who live here.

GHETTO, GHETTO, GHETTO! Do they do any screening for these people whatsoever' Credit check, criminal background, anything' Because they sure as hell did it for me.

I am probably the only idiot who actually gets up and goes to work.

Everybody else just loiters and there is lots of drug activity.

There was a shooting here a few months ago that was suspected to be drug related.

Also, the Pizza Hut up the street will no longer deliver here after 8 pm because they are tired of their drivers being robbed.

My lease is up next month and I did not waste any time giving them my vacating notice.

I am counting the days.

This was my first apartment and I have definitely learned my lesson on what to watch out for in a place to live in the future.

I am so embarrassed to call this place my home.
