I have lived here for 2 years and my lease is up in 2 weeks and I am moving to another area. I moved to Azalea because it was cheap and close by my job. There has been a lot of crime activity since I have been here so I have felt unsafe.The gates are always broken (they are fixed now but it is only a matter of time before they are broken again), the tenants are low class and the outside of the buidlings are so shabby it makes me think I live in the ghetto. Its not overall terrible but I would look elsewhere.
