I have lived at Post Canyon for a little over a year in a ground level apartment. This place is infested with bugs (house centipedes), the wood is rotten thoughout the apartment, and the thin ceilings make it sound as if upstairs neighbors are constantly dropping bowling balls above you. Even if you ask them to put insulation in the ceiling (yeah there normally is none), you will still be awoken by you nieghbors' normal apartment noises. The only thing this place takes good care of is the landscaping. (lures you into signing a lease) Do more research about this place...trust me.
