THIS IS NOT THE WORST PLACE IN THE WORLD BUT IT AIN'T THE BEST. THE WASHERS AND DRYERS NEED REPLACING- NOT REPAIRING BUT REPLACING. THE GROUNDS- WE AS RESIDENTS CAN ONLY BLAME OURSELVES- SURE THERE ARE NO TULIPS BUT ITS SOME OF THE RESIDENTS WHO TRASH THE PLACE; THEY SHOULD BE FINED OR BETTER YET EVICTED FOR RUINING OUR COMMUNITY. THE LEASING STAFF NEEDS SOME ATTITUDE ADJUSTMENTS; SANDY IS A NICE LADY BUT SHE CAN'T DO IT ALL; THE TWO GUYS ARE'NT SO BAD THEY JUST HAVE A REAL "I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE" - AND THE OTHER LADIES IN THE OFFICE PRETTY MUCH DON'T CARE EITHER. BUT IF YOU STAY ON THEM YOU WILL GET RESULTS. THE LACK OF DESIRABLE NEIGHBORS JUST CAUSES YOU TO STAY TO YOURSELF; MAYBE CRIMINAL BACKGROUNDS SHOULD BE RUN ON ALL RESIDENTS- NEW AND OLD. WEED OUT THE GARBAGE. JUST LIKE A PRIOR POSTING READS- SCREW THE POOL GATHERINGS SPRUCE THE PLACE UP AND DO THE RIGHT THING.
