I've been living here for a year and I'm about to renew my lease. I don't get what people are complaining about. The grounds are attractive, the staff has always been friendly and helpful, and any maintenance problems are fixed right away. I even called at 9:30 PM once night to report a problem, and they had a guy out there fixing it within an hour.
