I am staying here from last year May. My neighbours are peaceful... did not have any problem till now, no loud noise at night. Landscaping is beautiful, leasing office actually takes care of maintenance issues ... try to talk to Sandy. She is very nice and sincere. There were some problem with laundry facilities... but they are replacing the units. I am going to renew my contract this year.
