Cheaply Built for Post

Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006
My complaint about this place is that it is so poorly built. I live in a middle unit - people above and below. I can hear every step the people above me make and they're not walking that heavy. And the floors creak so the sound is even louder. I can hear their whole lives so I guess the people below me can hear mine. The complex is nice and the office and maintenance people are adequate it's just that this place is poorly built - especially for being formerly a Post complex.
