UNLESS YOU DEAL WITH SANDY YOU WILL GET NOTHING ACCOMPLISHED. THE STAFF IS AT BEST FAIR (SANDY IS AN EXCEPTION- SHE CARES- OR AT LEAST SHE ACTS LIKE SHE DOES) AND THE REST OF THEM ARE JUST SORT OF FLY BY NIGHT. THE APARTMENTS ARE IN NEED OF SOME SERIOUS REPAIR- THE LAUNDRY FACILITY IF YOU CAN CALL IT THAT SUCKS- AND THE CAMARAS THEY ARE SUPPOSED TO HAVE ON THE PROPERTY HAVE YET TO BE INSTALLED. THE GATE IS BROKEN ABOUT 98.99% OF THE TIME AND BACKGROUND CHECKS SHOULD BE DONE ON ALL RESIDENTS- PAST AND PRESENT AND FUTURE; THE CRIME IN THE AREA IS NOT THE APARTMENT COMPLEXES (JUPITER) FAULT- HOWEVER SOME OF THE NEW RESIDENTS ARE QUESTIONABLE AND NOT EVERYONE SHOULD BE APPROVED; HATE TO SOUND SO HARSH BUT SOME SERIOUS CRACKHEADS ARE ON THE PROPERTY. SANDY IS WHAT MAKES THE FACT THAT WE HAVE A LITTLE LESS THAN A YEAR LEFT ON OUR LEASE- ABLE TO STOMACH THIS PLACE. THE MANAGEMENT LEAVES A LOT TO BE DESIRED.

I agree with you, background checks should really be done for these residents. There are thieves living here, or residents with friends that are theives.
