This property does have it's problems and after 30 years of apartment living I say the team here is the worst. I don't know if they are short handed are what but........I have to constantly call about my ice maker, dishwaser that doesn't release the soap as well as this junky dirty stove. ( Has actually been spray painted to hide some other problem cosmetically,
It to me is a fire hazard to operate. The oven will bake at whatever temperature it wants and when it wants. Even with a room ful of hungry guest at Thanksgiving.
The gate is an absolute night mare and often !!! you sometimes can't get in or out. And what bothers me the most is the office will say oh really, like they don't know about it and they may be a row of cars blowing their horns to hopefully get the office to open the gate.
Any way, other than that I love the complex. The ground are just wonderful but not as well kept as when Post was here. What a surprize that was for me, We are no longer Post. I'll most likely resign my 4th year in Sept.
