I moved here about a year ago, and overall it has been a good experience. All my maintenance requests have been promptly taken care of, and the staff is generally friendly and helpful. The grounds are also well maintained, and the neighborhood (at least the part where my apartment is) is peaceful and quiet.

Some of the cons:
- the walls are somewhat thin, and the water pipes make some noise when your neighbor turns on the water.
- the neighborhood is in a wooded area, so there are some bugs but I think it is a fair trade-off.
- the entrance gates do not work half the time.

Some of the pros:
- quiet
- plenty of parking
- friendly and prompt office and maintenance staff
- spacious for the price
- community ammenities

If I didn't graduate, I would have renewed my lease. It has got its problems, but for the price I think it was a good deal.
