I am a current resident of Barrington Canyon and I have neck deep problems.
After being here only for two months, my car was broken into. For some cheap sunglasses, I had to pay $250 deductible on my car insurance. This apartment complex is surrounded by woods but my unit is nearer to the leasing office and is very far from the woods and I still see large roaches in my house and even in the corridor and path way.
Walls are ultra thin. You can feel the sound of a neighbors tap being turned on. Car wash place always have some problem or other. Gym Equipment feels like it is from 80's.
Pool is very well maintained though. I am definetly not renewing my lease.
