I recently looked at the property and was quoted a good price for rent. But I'm new to the area and wanted to thoroughly look around over the weekend. I told the leasing agent I wouldn't be able to give a decision until Monday or Tuesday. She assured me the prices wouldn't change until later that week.

I even called back Tuesday to confirm the price and tell her I'd chosen Barrington. You can imagine my surprise after finding out Thursday that the price has been raised since Monday. However, she never mentioned this when I called Tuesday!

I don't like being lied to, and I definitely have the impression that this is a bait and switch tactic. Even though the grounds look nice and all, I'm very wary of renting here!
