We all understand one thing about online rating systems; most people responding have axes to grind and they're looking for somewhere, anywhere to vent, ergo the number of negative responses typically overshadow the positive. You live in an apartment complex in Atlanta. Do you really expect there to be ZERO crime. And trust me, responses to that fact are way overstated anyway; it simply isn't that bad. The entire outer rim of I-285 is experiencing higher crime rates due to the increase of luxury condo high rises, million dollar home development, and the influx of people returning to live in the city. The management staff is VERY professional and go out of their way to help with whatever problems arise. The mature grounds are incredibly well maintained and the location to GA400, restaurants, shopping, and the Chattahoochee river park is a definite plus. If you like swimming pools, the two here are serviced meticulously. Aging workout equipment is being replaced very soon and listen, the issues with the gates ( which never work properly in any apartment complex ) are ALWAYS handled promptly.

I agree with you. I love it here. I have to move this month due to a job relocation, but this is the best apartment complex I've ever lived at. I have no complaints.

WHATEVER!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have lived in apartment communties all over the South for nearly 10 years now and this place is unbearable! I cannot WAIT to move! The crime has gotten out of hand, the newer tenets are trash and all of the construction nearby has made it almost IMPOSSIBLE to make it to work on time without leaving 30 minutes early...for more than 6 MONTHS NOW!!!!!!!!!! I hate it here and cannot wait to move!

Clearly this is a posting by the leasing staff. This place has gone so down hill so fast it's not funny. At my last visit to the leasing office to voice yet another comlant; the chic in the office was chowing down on chicken wings like it was no big deal. I'm all for eating, but how bout some professionalism. Crime is everywhere, but especially here. A murder on the property; and sadly it was blown off as domestic. SPARE ME! Broken gates, broken machines in the laundry room, and horrible new tenants that have trashed the place. Be excited about living here if you want to, but Jupiter does not give a crap about their residents and the leasing office proves that on a daily basis. Rumor has it around Sandy Springs (government offices) that these apartments may get torn doen int he near future. That would be a tremendous blessing. Live here though if you want easy access to drugs, trash, and common criminals.
