Pretty much this place is beautiful and close to everything. Its quiet except on friday nights. But a very friendly staff and environment. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will say that this place has a roach infestation outside at night. They are everywhere . BUT what can you do . ITs in the woods. Barrington Canyon Is safe to me . The gates are always closed and rarely mess up. If they do mess up they fix them asap pretty much maybe an hour after they mess up. I really want everyone to check this place out. It is wonderful. The people that live above me walk around all the time . Its stupid. I think they have sex alot to b.c. the floor rattles. O well.

humm..roach infestation and now under new management and only 1 person in there is nice. one of the assistant managers is totally mean and has no compassion. i been there a year and i have been itching to move. my lease expires in january so in november around the 60 day mark & two weeks prior to my lease expiring i kept asking what my rent was going to be so that i could give my notice and move out and they said that they couldn't provide it to me. they said that barrington canyon was just bought by jl craw or something like that and the name now is the pointe at the canyon. well i was suppose to give notice by november 15 if i was going to move out which would have been my 60 day notice and i asked them from oct 31 up until that day and on 12/2 they put a notice in my door saying my rent was going up $10 bucks which wasn't bad if i wanted to stay but if i didn't give them a 60 day notice and wanted to move then i had to pay one month market rent for my place and then provide the notice and they would keep my deposit since in my contract it states i had to give a 60 day notice. my thing was that i wanted to know how high it was going so i could. so they screwed me over with that. so i did a 6 month lease since i had to do something and i'm out. gates always broke and people be coming in whenever. what's the point in having a gate if the sucka always open. the pointe at the canyon is the new name & i'm at the pointe of no return and ready to bounce.
