I moved here in 2007 and still am living here. ROACH FESTATION HEAVEN OUTSIDE AND THEY FLY. I have maintenance spray every friday every week winter & summer. JC Lecraw or something like that that owns Park T owers off Hammond Drive now owns this place and our trash compactor has been broke for 3 weeks trash everywhere. There is only 2 nice staff members but the others are RUDE and MEAN. I'm only here now for another 6 months since they gave me my renewal rate papers two weeks after I could have gave a 60 days notice. I kept calling asking for my rate 3 months prior to my expiration to see if it was going to be really high since barrington canyon got bought out and no one would help me. or would say they couldn't tell me at this time. so when they gave me my notice it was backed dated two days and went up 10 bucks which was ok but then at the bottom it said if i decided to not renew my lease that i had to give a 60 day termination notice and then i would have to pay market rate rent and then they would keep my deposit. WOW they got me. they knew they were gonna give me my rent rate too late. i moved from a 1 bedroom to a 2 bedroom and i still have the same problem. roaches & noisey neighbors. if you could remove those things then it would be ok. no one really bothers each other. i feel safe. nice landscaping. oh one more thing there are two laundry centers on the property. the one in the front dryers work but the washers suck and the laundry center in the back washers are broke but the ones that are not are ok but the dryers do not dry. you will spend 5 dollars for one load and it is not a full load.
