After a lengthy search for a new place to live that costs as little as possible,I used this service to determine which of the final two I should pick. I chose this one because it had fewer complaints and a dog park. I was still worried that I had made the wrong choice but this is now my third month and I love it!! The landscaping is gorgeous and the maintenance crew is prompt and helpful. The dog park has mulch, but so what...most places don't even have a dog park. The rent is dirt cheap and most of the residents are just like me, work full-time and keep to themselves. That being said, I do live in the front of the complex and so may not be witness to less savory types as I am in a well-traveled area, also the walls are thin, which would suck if your neighbors are noisy (mine are not). I feel safe and love it here and am so happy that I found it. I have recommended it to many of my co-workers and will continue to!

I wrote this but now there are shady characters hanging out on the sidewalks and the gate has been left open for months.
