hi all i am from out of state and i am relocating to the atlanta area. i was actually considering applying this complex, but before i do i would like some extra info on this property. ex. Any bugs' is it safe' do the gates work' etc....

If anyone can inform me on their experiences here that would be so helpful.

its not a problem at all. if ever i have any problems i go to management and everything is fixed in 24 hours in which i have really just had simple issues like a door handle falling off lol.

thank you for your fast response. i think i might actually apply here. i was actually scared to move back to atl because i moved to duluth, about 4 years ago and that apartment was a complete nightmare(roach infestation, my apartment & car got broken into, and many other things) so i'm trying to do better research. again thank you ;)

This is one of the best places you could live....You have your own door, meaning you don't have to walk down a hall way to get to your apartment all of them open to the outside. and the management is just the best
