Awful Greedy Leasing Agents

I have rented a loft at Bass for the last 5 years within that period of time ive seen 6 different leasing agents. The first 2 were nice and very professional. As time has gone on, the leasing agents get worse and worse. The two young ladys in there now, one white one black, are extremely rude, with an attitude as if you work for them and. They also passed out notices saying that all apts will increase in price. The gate is always broken,the walls are super thin, and the windows leak. When I first got here it was a very nice place to live with a very "little 5 points" vibe, but now that the area is undergoing a change (shopping centers, lofts, Starbucks, etc), Bass lofts now seem to be interested in one thing,MONEY! They see all these Buckhead transients moving to east atlanta and see dollars signs. They would rather put out long time residents, to welcome some one whos going to pay twice as much as you did. Without hesitation! So if you dont mind moving into a loft next door to "Biff" and "Miffy" types where they complain about your radio being to loud at 9pm on New Years Eve, then by all means do it.
