i have lived at Bennington Towers since july of 2003. i enjoy the building, the views from my apartment and the location. i am alot younger than most of the residents, but since my social life revovles outside of the building that has not been a real problem. the maintenence staff are super (mike and gaines), and the office staff (dana and debbie) are super super duper. i can always count on them on a host of issues. the building's front door is locked and they do have a doorman on duty, so i do feel safe knowing that someone can't just walk in. i do wish that they would upgrade the entry control systems to use the smaller transmitters like you see in the newer local condos. the only real tacky points are that the building is kinda old and therefore the kitchens are bland and not very modern. parking is good and i like having a parking place in the lower part of the building that is covered during inclement weather. oh, one more thing. the walls are concrete which means if you have parties with loud music (like i occassionally have) you don't have to worry about complaints for it. i really do think this is buckhead's best kept secret. if you are thinking of coming here......bring it on.....

I am 22 and my roommate and I are looking to move to Bennington particularly because of the doorman for safety and its location. however, is it a pain if you want to have people over to deal with the doorman and everyone having to sign in?
