I have lived in Atlanta all of my life. I had tried several different apartments inside and outside of the perimeter. Nothing compares to the level of service you get here! The building staff of Mike, Gaines, Dana, Debbie, Judith, Shawn, Aaron and many more are unbelievable. These people just don't treat you like a normal tenant, you are truly treated like an individual. I have become friends with several of the staff myself. It amazed me when I first moved in that everyone in the building new my name and what unit I lived in. Come to find out, they do this for every tenant! Most places I have lived at maintain a revolving door of employees. I have lived here for 3 years and the main staff is still here (with exception to a few door people who are outsourced). Trust me, if you are looking for high-rise living in Atlanta THIS IS THE PLACE! Not only for the environment, but the staff. The location is awesome! 285, 85, 75, and 400 are very close and there are many back street alternatives. I work throughout Atlanta and can be anywhere downtown or Buckhead within 10-15 minutes regardless of the time of day. Thick concrete walls will contain your noise and noises from your neighbors, both on the sides and upstairs and downstairs. There are trash chutes on EVERY floor, this is totally sweet!

Well, with every review you should add some negative remarks... I don't have many, but I will try. First, the apartments are a little out-dated, older appliances and look. You are on Peachtree Road, so expect some street noise, especially on the weekends. Limited parking space on weekend nights. The elevators are occasionally slow or stuck. The club room, hot tub and pool now have strict hours. The most annoying noise you will hear from your neighbors, is if they open their sliding glass door.
