Bennington Towers

Hidden jewel - much more than you pay for From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/4/2006 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   I've been living there nearly 1.5 years and am moving only because I'm buying. Compared to other places I shopped, the value is much better at Bennington - and actually cheaper! Rooms are huge. I had a penthouse apartment and the light and quiet was amazing. Pros: thick concrete walls, very little disturbance. Nice pool, nice amenities. Helpful staff. Wonderful maintenance people. Great additional storage. Always felt very safe. Concierge service addictive. Cons: The elevators are flakey! It's a real problem. Once in a while wires get crossed with packages and things. But no issue has ever been enough to make me look elsewhere.
