My name's Amit and I lived in BT for 2 years, 2004-2006.

It was a nice apartment complex, and I made tons of friends there, especially Sean, Aaron, Osaka, Jocelyn, etc etc.

Leasing staff of Debbie, Dana and Judith were always helpful and always prompt, although they're trying to give me pain about some keys!! :-P

The maintenance staff of Mike and Gaines is just the best duo I've ever seen, and I am very grateful to them for all that they've done for me.

Parking is easy, apartments are SAFE - safest you'll find around here because of the concierges. Receiving mail is easy, packages are well organized and ready to pick-up whenever.

Its like living in a hotel, and its very affordable although I'm not sure how the pricing is right now, could've gone up.

The elevators can be kind of slow sometimes, which can get really frustrating, and the freight elevator is standard size which is very odd, and makes moving kind of a pain.

I lived in a corner apartment, overlooking Peachtree Rd, but the view kinda sucked, make sure you get a good view... I used to call mine the BURGER KING view :-)

On weekends, there's a lot of noise, so if you're an early sleeper, this can be problematic. Its mostly bikers who drive to buckhead, and the clubbers, who make sure you can hear their horns and cars.

The bathroom things are kinda old, I didn't like my bathroom stuff too much, the sliding doors broke very often, and the same is true for the sliding doors of the living room closet.

Most of the doors seemed to be old, oh well, not a big deal.

I recommend this place to anyone, particularly students of Georgia Tech/State since the drive on Northside is extremely satisfying, and quick.

WARNING: tons of elderly people (excuse my fake political correctness), this was actually good for me because it kept things quiet, but it is indeed a very interesting sociological perspective to live among elderly people, and see them on a very daily basis!!!! It can get frustrating if you're a young adult!! So watch out!! hahaha
