When I originally moved from Charlotte to Atlanta I found an apartment in Vinnings. I did not feel connected to the pulse of the city, and had no basic services provided at the complex. Thankfully I found the Bennington Towers. When you first pull in you see all the coloful flowers that are regularly changed out. You see a very clean well lite parking area. The canopey over the front door protects you from the weather. The doorman opens the door to assist you. The office and mangement are readily accessable to discuss any issue you may have. Parking is underground in a double secure (clicker to enter and key to get in the door) lot.

The building has very nice ammenities that I have regularly used. The workout room has dated but well maintained equipment. There are two elliptical machines, 2 treadmills, 2 bikes, a weight machine, leg machine, 2 tv's and plenty of room. There is a trainer that works with a number of residents. Next to the workout room is the jacuzzi. Great stress relief. Across the hall is a huge club room with a pool table, big screen tv, computer and full kitchen. Outside the clubroom is the pool which is regularly enjoyed during the year.

I originally moved into the building in 2001 for two years, before moving to Huntsville for a year. I could not wait to get back to the Atlanta and the Bennington. We are 2 miles from Lennox and chear the runners each year. We are one mile from Buckhead and can easy enjoy all the marvelous restaurants. We have a Marta station (Lindburgh) only 1/2 mile up the street. We have a great shopping center with every store you could need, that is a walk across the street.

If something does go wrong in the building it is delt with immediately. There are two resident maintenance mangers. Additionally there are two lovely ladies that clean all the common area everyday of the week. Try and find that kind of committed resident service anywhere else.

I am moving to Miami in a few weeks and will truly miss all my friends and management at the Bennington.
