I've been living at BT for almost 3 years total and am only moving out b/c I'm relocating to a new city. I've really enjoyed living in this building. The residents are incredibly friendly, as is the management staff and the concierges. In spite of the previous 2 negative comments, which I've read and feel to be from individuals who perhaps are not used to city dwelling (crime happens throughout Atlanta even in the nicest complexes-- lock your car doors and don't leave your stuff out if you don't want your car broken into-- and I haven't seen any drug dealings going on here-- that's just sillyness), I've felt perfectly safe at BT (in fact, perhaps even MORE safe here than in other complexes because it is a high rise in a great neighborhood, parking is underground and gated, and visitors are only let in after the concierge calls to let you know of their arrival).

Yes, the building is a bit older, so you aren't going to get the newest gadgets, and if that bothers you than you need to go someplace else. That said, every one of my friends who has come to visit my apartment has thought it was beautiful in spite of the age of the building. Additionally, the maintenance staff are FABULOUS and live in the building. I've had problems in the middle of the night and they've woken up and come to my door with a great attitude. Everyone knows them by name and they've been around forever. The views are fantastic from the upper floors with floor-to-ceiling windows and the prices for the views are can't be matched by any other high rises in the area (especially since all of the other complexes are turning into condos!).

After living here for 3 years, although I don't know my neighbors well, it's almost begun to feel like a little BT family as those of us who have been here for awhile see each other out and about all the time. People are just really nice and considerate here. The Peachtree Battle area is also a wonderful place to live-- very family-oriented, but also very young, so there is lots of stuff to do, but it's still safe and centrally-located.

I HIGHLY recommend this place-- it's just been a really great place to live-- I'm really sad to leave! :(
