I have been at Bennington Towers for just over a year now, and plan on staying for many more years. I work in the industry, and can see why the concierges that have been let go. When someone that is supposed to be giving customer service only gives it to a select few, and constantly has guests at their post or they are missing for an hour at a time. When a complacency of this kind happens it is time to get new staff. I am sure for management to make a recommendation to the company that provides the concierges to change out the staff at Bennington Towers they would have had to have had more than just a personal vendetta. There has to be a certain level of professionalism maintained along with the friendliness. There is always an introductory time for a new staff member to know all answers, as for the customer service of the newest staff members it is excellent, I personally do not have to try to open the door for myself when my hands are full as I did with the most recent concierges that was let go. As for the office staff and the maintenance team, they are fantastic on handling any issue that may arise, with the option to have an upgraded unit; I cannot understand anyone complaining about the age of the appliances in the classic units, you have an option for new or classic, depending on what you can afford. The staff here does not falsely represent anything. My favorite thing about this building is the location, and our beautiful view of the city! Keep up the good work!
