Beautiful community, arrogant staff, great location. Break-ins already.

5 aprtments in one week, many car break-ins.

I'm thinking about moving here. Does this problem still exsist and how do people know if the person is not home or not?

The staff has handeled eveything really well. Crime is everywhere in Atlanta and there is really nothing you can do. The staff has held many meetings, and created a Neighborhood Watch program which has stopped a lot if not all of the problems.

I am an actual Berkley Residesnt (not an employee acting as one on this site) and there are still several break-ins both homes and cars. The "staff" has done all they can to handle the problem including, but not limited to, discontinuing the warning letters that we once recieved as notification to break-ins, refusing to return calls to residents concerned with the living situations, and acting as though the problems of this complex are solved as soon as it appears in their rearview mirror on the way out of here. It is a horrible place to live, and like every other review on this page can not wait to get out of here.
