I'm a resident at Berkeley Heights, and I must say that this was the worst decision I could've made as a young professional. This apartment complex is riddled with issues.First, there is not enough parking. God forbid you have a late not, you'll be forced to park in the retail parking. There have been a lot of break-ins of cars and apartments. The apartment grounds are always a mess, due to the irresponsible residents. There is absolutely too many college students (which the leasing agent told me there wouldn't be). They're always extremely loud, and have little regard for anyone else. They're messy, there are constantly beer cans and wasted drinks in the hallway. I hate this apartment complex. I will be moving out and not renewing my lease!!!!

Have you told the office about your complaints? I wonder if they know you feel this way, and if they did if they would do something to help?

Yes, trust me, I've told the office of my complaints. Either I get a bad attitude from Stephen or nonchalant attitude from Kathleen. I'm counting the days until my lease is over.

do you really expect Kathleen and Steven to walk around all day every day and pick up trash? EVERY apartment complex has noise, students, etc... I have not experienced what you are describing with the beer cans and trash. PArking CAN be an issue but you live in the CITY... Have you ever been downtown? ANY big city has limited parking and you are in the city. Here is a newsflash...people are rude, why is that the office staff's problem. Be an adult about it
