Break ins (cars & homes), noisy people, BAD MANAGEMENT!!!!!!!!! Do yourself a favor and live elsewhere. This place had all the potential to be a great place to live but the owners don't care about the residents and this is evident by the idiots they have as managers. The residents they should have worked to keep are all leaving and what you have left is a bunch of noisy college students. When you think of BH think DORM.

Oh and watch out for leaks EVERYWHERE, dirty hallways, broken security gates (CONSTANTLY), trashy grounds, & dog feces. Oh and the fire alarm constantly going off for no reason at all.
