I have lived at Berkeley Heights for a year and a half now mostly for the nice apartment interiors. Duirng this time I have overlooked a horrible management staff, unkept hallways, broken gates, buzzing noises, constant apartments being broken into, cars being torn apart by thievs, and most reciently my own cars windows being bashed in. I have lived many places in Atlanta and this place is by far the worst. The only good thing this community has going for it is the individual unit. The apartment looks nice inside but it is not worth the headaches that you will go through living here. The managment here acts like they are god and that everyone else's problems do not matter or that they are never responsible for anything. The power recently went out in the entire complex leaving everybody locked in the parking deck. No cars could enter or exit. Oh yeah... and somehow that was not their fault either. Even after their less than knowledgable maitence workers came out and didnt know how to lift the gate. Sounds safe huh' This is just my word of warning to those thinking about moving here. It pretty much sucks and I will not be renewing my lease. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

I have lived here for 6 months and a lot of what you say is true. Cars have and do get broken into and management does nothing about it. It seems like every month or so, you hear about a car being broken into, but this time it hit close to home for me.
