Ahhh woke up this morning... what a nice, bright and sunny day it is. It is March 6th and spring is almost here. It seems there are so many things to look forward to. I put on my coat, grab my coffee, and walk out the door to go to work. I am halfway there and it seems everything is just tip top..... oh wait... ring, ring. Who could it be' Probably just a friendly morning hello. Oh no... wait a second... I live at Berkeley Heights, a wonderful cesspool of crime and negligence. It was a friend of mine who had stayed over the night before. They were "merely" calling me to say that their car had been broken into and that they were calling the police. Yippy, looks like yet another treat for me! Just incase you are new to this site I must jump back to September of last year when I wrote my previous posting. My car, my friends car today, two other visiting friends, and a friend of mine who lived here that had his car stolen right-of-the-parking-deck...I truly wonder when this is going to end' Maybe if the real issues were handled instead of resting crime prevention tactics on the shoulders of (paying) residents and implementing band-aid tactics to save a buck, we would have a safe community. Period. The End

What a drama QUEEN!!! Grow up, You live in the big city of Atlanta one of the top crime capitals in the US. Maybe you need to move to a po-dunk little country town until your ready for the big city. I wonder what would happen if you ever come to buy a house and it gets broken into, who are you going to blame then? (The mortgage company or your neighbors for not watching your house) The reason for my harsh resopnse is that I have lived here at Berkeley Heights for 2 years and 3 months and a friend of mine wants to move here and she had asked me about what was written on this site. Yes, my car was broken into the 2nd month I lived here and the staff was very undrstanding. I did not look for someone to blame thats why I pay for car insurance. Maybe you need to call the Atlanta police department and ask them to give you a print out of all the crime at other apartment communities within five miles around Berkeley Heights and see what you get, I did and all of them had the same amount of problems with crime. Again, maybe you need to move to the country because the big city is not for you!!!!!
