7/8/2004: Had posted problems with roaches. Not to dismiss this exeperience, but in the past two years, I have lived in two different buildings and and have not had a serious roach problem in these two apartments. They do post in the newsletter when pest control is on the property. Office should be more clear as to what buildings are being treated.

1/1/2004: Do agree with the noise factor and this person gives a detailed account one might experience with the noise and construction at this particular property. This property has changed property mangagers about 3 x's since this posting.

Management: I gave management one star on the basis of the turnover and if a person has a valid complaint, it may take several reminders for the issue to be resolved, i.e. when the landscapers come to the complex they left a pile of debris that had taken over two weeks to be removed (they might have not noticed due to the rentention wall). Management was notifed 3 x's about this issue and the property manager would not have the maintainence staff remove the pile of debris until several attempts was made.

Safety/Grounds: Has been quite a concern and certain bushes and shubbery can be trimmed back more to alleviate the situation. Also common sense should also apply, about not leaving CD's visible and car doors locked.
Also on this note: the gate needs an update with an arm-due to the solicitors or drug dealers that are allowed to come through (all the person has to do is tailgate behind you to get through). What is the point of the gate/call box if a they can just follow the resident in'

Parking: Adequate and depends on what building you are living in. Some have more spaces than others.

Landscaping: Gave 1 star for the above noted reasons.

Overall: Close to 400/285/ and 75. Gave below average but not the worst. Hopefully with the new management on hand they can retain their residents and I can can change these opinions that had intially started after my first signing, as a great place to live.
