Fine, no major problems

I've lived here for 5 months now, and have had no major problems at all.
Regarding noise, which many others seem to complain about, I agree that the walls are too thin. Luckily I have only one shared wall/floor/ceiling, as I live on the bottom floor, and so inter-apartment noise is not really an issue.
There is a slight roar from the I-285 though.
Regarding the management, they are sometimes very good and sometimes quite slow. For example, whenever I have had a problem with my own apartment they have always fixed it straight away, usually the day I report it. But with communal issues, such as a problem with the gym or pool, they have taken a long time to fix it.
I can tell that all the reviews that say this place is awesome, 5/5, etc, are indeed fake. The give away is the use of "the staff IS great" in many of these - correct English but uncommon and therefore a give-away.
It is more expensive than, say, Lexington Glen but it is much nicer. Lexington felt a bit run-down to me.
The fittings in the apartment - fridge, dishwasher, dryer, air con - are pretty basic. The fridge is noisy and the air con is very noisy. The dishwasher is not very good. I wish the air con thermostat had a timer control, rather than just a termperature control, as this would allow more efficient use.
The bathroom is nice and well-finished. it is large and I have a large bath-tub.
The apartment floor plan is well-designed and makes good use of the space, divinging the apartment into areas very effectively. I have the "Baily" design I think, the 2nd smallest. The smallest floor plan is not very well laid out at all.
My biggest gripe with the apartment is the gloominess. The living room just needs more light. Maybe this is the standard in the USA but where I come from we like our rooms to be well-illuminated.
I would recommend the place to a friend, so long as they got a quiet apartment like mine is.
UPDATE
I wrote the above in 2006, now in 2008 after leaving I feel I can write some more.
The new gate really sucks. There was no point in changing it, the old one worked better and worked with a remote control. Now there is always a queue of people, and there is no way to bypass the visitors.
The pool area is nice but it loses the sun at about 4pm. They really ought to trim the trees.
Common areas such as hallways could do with cleaning, as could the trash area.
