We have lived in Berkeley Run for several months now and are very pleased. I chose to write a review because I often checked this site while we were apartment hunting. We actually used the company ProMove and they were excellent. (If you're moving to the Atlanta area, contact ProMove to help..it's FREE!) We relocated from out of town and the office staff was excellent in keeping us updated on our apt info and move-in details. We have experienced some minor maintenance issues, in which they have promptly attended to and resolved. The utilities are very reasonable and the rent is also, considering the awesome location of Berkeley Run. We are just minutes from Buckhead and right around the corner from Perimeter Mall and 3 major hospitals (Scottish Rite, Northside, and St. Joe's). I feel safe here and def recommend this property to anyone in need of a comfy, safe apartment community with beuatiful ammenities!
