I have been at Berkeley run or 4 years now. Considered moving out last year and after looking at almost every apartment complex in a 5 mile radius decided that berkeley run was the best choice. Over the past four years there have been two , may be three incidents of car breakins. Unless you are absolutely paranoid in any terms this can not be termed an "unsafe" complex. The neighborhood is very quite and green.
The management has got a little unresponsive over past year. there is room for improvement there.
Overall thumbs up for this place.
