I've lived here for about a year and a half now. My first year or so everything here was pretty great. I had one maintenance issue with my dishwasher, but it was fixed within 48 hours. The neighbors are very nice and I never had a problem with noise. However in the last few months, the whole complex seems to smell of trash. The trash area is always overflowing and it's pretty disgusting. Also, it's a nice thought to have trash pickup outside of each building twice a week, but many residents don't abide by the Monday/Friday only policy. Sometimes trash sits outside my building for days at a time where animals will get into it overnight and there will be leftover food/trash, etc on the pathway leading into the building. There have also been some newer residents that blast music at all hours of the night. This has only been over the last month or so - before that the complex was very quiet. The lighting could also be better and would make me feel better about walking my dog at night. Honestly, if the trash issue were fixed - I would definitely consider staying here longer and recommend it to others.
