In response to the poor management comment listed before mine. I disagree. We have had some turnover but I have to say that I have never ever had an maintnence issue or otherwise that was not resolved immediately. The property is beautiful, it is inside the perimeter, and the apartments are spacious. There are not a lot of young kids partying all the time, most the residents are mid thirty proffessionals or mature couples. The apartments provide so many ammenities above and beyond the average apartment. Berkeley run offers dry cleaning service, laundry service in addition to the w/d they provide in each home, maid service, free tennis lessons (that are good) and breakfast every morning. I have a garage and every comfort I could ask for. We have a full fitness facility, and security system. They truly are a step above the rest. Over all, it is a great place to live and I have had zero complaints to date. Going on my third year as a resident. That has to say something!
